Merch & Event Ticket Refund Policy

Introduction


At Swifties Iloilo, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide clarity regarding refunds for our merchandise and event tickets. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Period (Merchandise & Pre-Orders)


• Refund requests for regular and pre-ordered merchandise can only be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or pre-order confirmation. After this period, refunds will no longer be processed.

• For pre-orders, refunds due to change of mind can be requested within the same 24 hour period.
• Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Reports of damaged goods must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer the option of a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.

2. Event Ticket Refunds 


• Event tickets are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be transferred to another person.

• If you are unable to attend the event, refund requests must be submitted within the 24 hour window following your ticket purchase.

• No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, but under special circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund, subject to review and approval.

3. Refund Request Process


All refund requests should be submitted at swiftiesiloilo.com/refund to fill out the form. Once submitted, you will be contacted within the next 24 hours with regard to your request and any further steps.

4. Refund Exceptions


Refunds requested beyond the 24-hour window will not be granted, except in cases of special circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
