Sharing
You can share your personal moments and experiences from our past and future events as there’s no limit on how many you can share, but you must ensure that it does not violate any part of this policy.
All members of our Facebook Group Community are expected to adhere to the group’s community rules. Anyone who violates the rules will be subject to corresponding disciplinary actions which can also lead to termination of its
membership/participation from this group community.
Anonymous Posting
Submission of anonymous posts is allowed, but any anonymous posts and post edits will be reviewed and approved by admins or moderators before they’re published.
Equal Treatment
Here at Swifties Iloilo, we want our members/participants to treat one another with equality, respect, friendliness, politeness, and we do not tolerate any type of bullying, sexual and other unlawful harassment, or any posting of inappropriate information. Members/Participants are prohibited from posting any material, images, photographs or video that are obscene, defamatory, profane, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory to another member/participant, administrators, or any moderators, artist, group experts and suppliers because such conduct would also violate Meta’s terms of use policy. Examples of such conduct might include knowingly false posts meant to harm someone’s reputation or posts which could contribute to a hostile online environment on the basis of age, sex, color, race, ancestry, religion, genetic information, national origin, physical or mental disability/handicap,, or related medical conditions, sexual orientation or any other status protected by law.
False Information
Members/Participants must not post knowingly false information or news about Swifties Iloilo, and should promptly correct any mistakes. Never post any information or rumors that you know to be false about Swifties Iloilo or its administrators, moderators, group experts, suppliers, or others on its behalf.
Complaint Procedure
You may send any complaints, queries, concerns or feedback to report@swiftiesiloilo.com, via swiftiesiloilo.com/report or you may reach out to any of the moderators for proper handling. Complaints shall be reported directly via the provided email address, contact form or to any of the administrators or moderators for immediate action.
Nevertheless, we allow free speech but with limitations and if you decide to express concerns on this community, avoid using any content that reasonably could be viewed as malicious, obscene, threatening, or intimidating; that disparages other members/participants, administrators, moderators, or suppliers; or that might constitute harassment or bullying.
Confidential Information
This policy includes maintaining confidential information as there may be some announcements that might be posted to this community first prior announcing it on our main official Facebook page. What's shared in the group community should stay in the group community unless released publicly on our social media platforms.
Reporting of Violations
Members/Participants should report actual or suspected violations of this policy to the respective administrators and moderators immediately. Violation of this policy is a serious matter that Swifties Iloilo will not tolerate. Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, which, in most cases, will be termination of membership/participation. Violation of this policy may also lead to a permanent blocking of a member/participant from joining the group community again.
Behavior
The following behaviors will NOT be tolerated by Swifties Iloilo and are not acceptable.
• Abusive behavior or actions
• Disruptive behavior or actions
• Illegal activities
• Dishonest conduct or practices
• Unethical behavior or practices
• Other behavior harmful to or not in the best interests of Swifties Iloilo,
its administrators, or moderators.
Content Sharing
You agree to allow the group community administrator or moderators to repost and share any comments, posts, or content you share and contribute within the group community on the official Swifties Iloilo social media platforms. Proper credit will always be given to the original creator. If you have concerns about a specific post being shared, please contact the administrators at contact@swiftiesiloilo.com or via swiftiesiloilo.com/contact. Your participation in the group community constitutes consent to this policy.
Content Usage
All content featured on the Swifties Iloilo Facebook Group Community and Pagevis the exclusive property of its administrator and moderators. Unauthorizedvsharing or reproduction of this content for personal and commercial use onvother platforms are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from thevpage administrator or moderators.
Mailing List
We have a mailing list system which you can opt-in at swiftiesiloilo.com/mailinglist, and if you have already opted-in you may receive news, special offers, promotions, messages, processing attendance pre-registration, merch kit, and other event-related activities within Swifties Iloilo from which you can opt-out any time by unsubscribing at swiftiesiloilo.com/unsubscribe. Work and University email addresses are not allowed.

Give more than you take in this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. Sharing links that may be categorized as selling is strictly not allowed and may result a suspension of 24 hours which may lead to permanent suspension of membership if same violation continues.
