Sharing
You can share your personal moments and experiences from our past and future events as there’s no limit on how many you can share, but you must ensure that it does not violate any part of this policy.
All members of our Facebook Group Community are expected to adhere to the group’s community rules. Anyone who violates the rules will be subject to corresponding disciplinary actions which can also lead to termination of its membership/participation from this group community.
Anonymous Posting
Submission of anonymous posts is allowed, but any anonymous posts and post edits will be reviewed and approved by admins or moderators before they’re published.
Equal Treatment
Here at Swifties Iloilo, we want our members/participants to treat one another with equality, respect, friendliness, politeness, and we do not tolerate any type of bullying, sexual and other unlawful harassment, or any posting of inappropriate information. Members/Participants are prohibited from posting any material, images, photographs or video that are obscene, defamatory, profane, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory to another member/participant, coordinators, or any moderators, artist, group experts and suppliers because such conduct would also violate Meta’s terms of use policy. Examples of such conduct might include knowingly false posts meant to harm someone’s reputation or posts which could contribute to a hostile online environment on the basis of age, sex, color, race, ancestry, religion, genetic information, national origin, physical or mental disability/handicap,, or related medical conditions, sexual orientation or any other status protected by law.
False Information
Members/Participants must not post knowingly false information or news about Swifties Iloilo, and should promptly correct any mistakes. Never post any information or rumors that you know to be false about Swifties Iloilo or its coordinators, moderators, group experts, suppliers, or others on its behalf.
Complaint Procedure
You may send any complaints, queries, concerns or feedback to report@swiftiesiloilo.com or you may reach out to any of the moderators listed on the membership section for proper handling. Complaints shall be reported directly via the provided email address, contact form or to any of the coordinators or moderators for immediate action.
Nevertheless, we allow free speech but with limitations and if you decide to express concerns on this community, avoid using any content that reasonably could be viewed as malicious, obscene, threatening, or intimidating; that disparages other members/participants, coordinators, moderators, or suppliers; or that might constitute harassment or bullying.
Confidential Information
This policy includes maintaining confidential information as there may be some announcements that might be posted to this community first prior announcing it on our main official Facebook page. What's shared in the group community should stay in the group community unless released publicly on our social media platforms.
Reporting of Violations
Members/Participants should report actual or suspected violations of this policy to the respective coordinators and moderators immediately. Violation of this policy is a serious matter that Swifties Iloilo will not tolerate. Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, which, in most cases, will be termination of membership/participation. Violation of this policy may also lead to a permanent blocking of a member/participant from joining the group community again.
Behavior
The following behaviors will NOT be tolerated by Swifties Iloilo and are not acceptable.
• Abusive behavior or actions
• Disruptive behavior or actions
• Illegal activities
• Dishonest conduct or practices
• Unethical behavior or practices
• Other behavior harmful to or not in the best interests of Swifties Iloilo, its coordinators, or moderators.
Content Sharing
You agree to allow the group community coordinators or moderators to repost and share any comments, posts, or content you share and contribute within the group community on the official Swifties Iloilo social media platforms. Proper credit will always be given to the original creator. If you have concerns about a specific post being shared, please contact the coordinators via email at contact@swiftiesiloilo.com. Your participation in the group community constitutes consent to this policy.
Content Usage
All content featured on the Swifties Iloilo Facebook Group Community and Page is the exclusive property of its coordinators and moderators. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of this content for personal and commercial use on other platforms are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the page coordinators or moderators.
Mailing List
We have a mailing list system which you can opt-in at swiftiesiloilo.com/mailinglist, and if you have already opted-in you may receive news, special offers, promotions, messages, processing attendance pre-registration, merch kit, and other event-related activities within Swifties Iloilo from which you can opt-out any time by unsubscribing at swiftiesiloilo.com/unsubscribe. Work and University email addresses are not allowed.
Taylor Swift Related Contents
Give more than you take in this group. Self-promotion, spam, and any links that are irrelevant or not Taylor Swift–related are not allowed. Posting unrelated or inappropriate links may result in a 24-hour suspension, and repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the community.
Buy & Sell Policy
The Swifties Iloilo Facebook Group Community now includes a Buy & Sell platform to support Ilonggo Swifties who wish to buy, sell, or trade Taylor Swift merchandise within a trusted and organized environment.
Purpose of the Buy & Sell Platform
- The Buy & Sell platform was created exclusively for the Ilonggo Swiftie community to buy, sell, and trade Taylor Swift–related merchandise.
- The platform is intended to help members find authentic items, rehome preloved merch, and connect with fellow fans in a trusted community environment.
- This feature is a community service and not a commercial service offered by Swifties Iloilo.
Allowed Merchandise
- Only Taylor Swift merchandise is permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Official Taylor Swift merchandise
• Licensed products from authorized retailers
• Fan-made or Swiftie-inspired items (must be labeled properly)
• Pre-loved or second-hand Taylor Swift merch
- Strictly no unrelated items (electronics, cosmetics, non-TS clothing, etc.).
- All merchandise must be accurately labeled as “Official/Original,” “Unofficial,” “Fan-Made,” “Replica,” or “Pre-Loved”.
- Sellers must disclose any information affecting the item’s condition, including:
• Damages or defects
• Missing inclusions
• Wear and tear
• Alterations or customizations
- Misrepresentation may result in removal and a ban from all Swifties Iloilo platforms.
Community Conduct
- All buy-and-sell interactions must remain respectful, honest, and aligned with community standards.
- Harassment, price manipulation, spamming, and dishonest behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Fake listings, scams, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
- Buyers and sellers must coordinate directly regarding pricing, payment, and meet-up arrangements.
Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer
- All transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller.
- Swifties Iloilo:
• Does not verify authenticity
• Does not guarantee item condition
• Does not mediate disputes
• Does not hold payments or issue refunds
• Is not liable for losses, damages, delays, miscommunication, or fraud
- Participation acknowledges full acceptance that Swifties Iloilo has no legal or financial liability.
- Members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to verify authenticity, request receipts, inspect items, and use secure payment methods.
Posting Guidelines for Sellers
Listings must include:
• Clear photos
• Accurate description
• Price
• Payment method
• Delivery or meet-up details
• Contact info
Sellers may NOT:
• Use misleading images
• Omit major flaws
• Sell counterfeit items without labeling
• Repost the same item excessively
Auctions are allowed only when clearly labeled.
Partner Merch Posts: Spin City Records
Spin City Records and its authorized administrators—recognized partners of Swifties Iloilo—are permitted to share posts from their official page within the community, specifically those related to Taylor Swift merchandise. Members may also browse their available items through our official partner store directory at swiftiesiloilo.com/store.
Posts shared by Spin City Records are aligned with this Facebook Group Community Rules and are governed by Swifties Iloilo’s Partner Guidelines. All shared content is expected to follow safe, respectful, and responsible transaction practices.
Transactions made through Spin City Records are governed by the Swifties Iloilo Store Policy, which reflects the Terms and Conditions implemented by Spin City Records.
Reporting & Enforcement
Any suspicious post or misconduct may be reported to the admins, moderators, or via report@swiftiesiloilo.com.
Swifties Iloilo may:
• Remove posts
• Restrict Buy & Sell access
• Suspend members
• Issue permanent bans
• Update this policy as needed
Enforcement decisions are final.
Data Privacy
- Information shared during transactions is voluntarily provided.
- Swifties Iloilo does not store or process transaction data outside what is posted on Facebook.
- All shared data is subject to the Swifties Iloilo Privacy Policy.
- For transactions involving Spin City Records, please note that their data handling, storage, and privacy practices are managed independently by Spin City Records in accordance with their own privacy policy. Swifties Iloilo does not oversee or control how partner organizations process data outside of our platforms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Buy & Sell platform, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and agree to this Buy & Sell Policy
• You take full responsibility for your transactions
• Swifties Iloilo is not liable for any transaction-related issues
Responsibility
It is YOUR responsibility to read and understand the contents of this policy. By proceeding and joining this community you acknowledge that you have read and understood the contents of this policy and any corresponding actions may lead to termination of your membership and permanent blocking from this group community.
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to read and familiarize yourself with this policy and to abide by the rules, policies and standards set forth in this policy. You acknowledge your membership/participation with this community is not for a specified period of time and can be terminated at any time for any reason, by you or by Swifties Iloilo, its coordinators and moderators.
Swifties Iloilo reserves the right to update or modify this Facebook Group Community Rules at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately and participants are encouraged to review this notice regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Continued participation in our events or use of any of our services, including ticket reservations, online registration, or digital community engagement, following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
