Swifties Iloilo Store Transaction Policy

All transactions made through the Swifties Iloilo Store Page are governed by the official Terms and Conditions and Policies of Spin City Records PH, our exclusive partner and authorized supplier for all Taylor Swift physical media (albums, vinyl, CDs, and related merchandise).

By placing an order through our store, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the following terms as implemented by Spin City Records PH:

1. PAY AS YOU ORDER (PAYO) POLICY

1.1 For orders with a down payment, the remaining balance must be fully settled on or before the item’s arrival at our local address.

1.2 STRICTLY no order cancellations after submitting the order form.

1.3 Once an order has been placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

  1.3.1 However, any amount paid will not be forfeited and may be converted into store funds/credits, which can be used for any available item in the store.

  1.3.2 A refund will only be issued if the ordered item is no longer in stock.

1.4 50% down payments are accepted. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the deadline date or prior to shipping.

2.  SHIPPING AND DAMAGE POLICY

2.1 All items are carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure they arrive in good condition.

2.2 Swifties Iloilo and Spin City Records PH will not be held responsible for any damage caused by international or local couriers.

  2.2.1 For damaged CD cases, a clear jewel case replacement may be provided.

  2.2.2 Minor dents or creases on vinyl corners may naturally occur during shipping and are not considered defects.

2.3 For manufacturing defects (e.g., cracked, split, damaged, or defective vinyl), we will coordinate directly with the official merch store for replacement or refund arrangements.
