Merch & Event Ticket Refund Policy


At Swifties Iloilo, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide clarity regarding refunds for our merchandise and event tickets. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Period (Merchandise & Pre-Orders)


All sales are final. Refunds for event tickets and official merchandise will only be honored within 24 hours of purchase, provided that proof of payment is submitted and verified. After this period, tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to ensure accuracy in registration, raffle entries, and guest management. Transferring ticket ownership after the 24-hour window will not be accommodated under any circumstances. For merchandise concerns (defects or wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt for assistance.


• Refund requests for regular and pre-ordered merchandise can only be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or pre-order confirmation. After this period, refunds will no longer be processed.

• For pre-orders, refunds due to change of mind can be requested within the same 24 hour period.
• Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Reports of damaged goods must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer the option of a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.

2. Event Ticket Refunds 


• Event tickets are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be transferred to another person.

• If you or your companion are unable to attend the event, refund or transfer requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your ticket purchase.

• No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, but under special circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund, subject to review and approval.
• Tickets purchased on the day of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable once the transaction is completed.

3. Refund Request Process


All refund requests must be submitted via email. Kindly send your request to contact@swiftiesiloilo.com.


Once received, our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions or next steps.

4. Refund Exceptions


Refunds requested beyond the 24-hour window will not be granted, except in cases of special circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Raffle Winner Verification and Prize Forfeiture Notice


Winners of raffle prizes must complete the required verification process within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete verification within 24 hours from the time of the final notice will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.


Please note that forfeited prizes will not be subject to any refunds, replacements, or compensation under any circumstances.


By participating in our raffles, winners acknowledge and agree to comply with these verification requirements and understand that failure to meet the deadline means relinquishing any claim to the prize.


This notice serves as an addendum to the existing Merch & Event Ticket Refund Policy and should be considered an integral part of the terms and conditions governing all raffle activities organized by Swifties Iloilo.
