As Communications & Events Coordinator, he leads the organization’s voice across platforms—writing heartfelt posts, newsletters, captions, and press releases that echo the energy and emotion of the Swiftie community. With a deep understanding of Taylor Swift’s music and message, Paul ensures every communication feels personal, polished, and on-brand.
In addition to content creation, Paul manages public inquiries, designs event visuals, oversees the website, and curates the team’s social media presence. Behind the scenes, he handles technical and administrative work—maintaining internal systems, supporting digital tools, and assisting with event registration and coordination. His ability to balance creativity with structure is key to the team’s smooth operations.
Driven by a passion for mentorship and growth, Paul also introduced the Volunteer Apprentice Program—an initiative created to guide and empower new volunteers as they take on more active roles. He built the program from the ground up, designing onboarding kits, training materials, and internal communication systems to support each apprentice’s development and integration into the team.
